Introducing the "Beast Experience" supported by Maison Ferrand.

A big, meaty, audacious experience with Two Pauls! You will Devour Cognac, savage Rum, maul Whisky & Feast!

Big: three of our favourite drinks in one experience – Cognac, Rum, and Whisky! We like to challenge your thoughts and expectations at tastings, and this allows us to do exactly that.

You will taste:

• a London Exclusive rum that’s only available in one venue!
• Ferrand Cognac masters of innovative in cask ageing techniques and tending to every step of cognac making.
• Whisky from a distillery that sources the best quality casks from around the world to mature their drams.

Beast:
A legendary restaurant tucked just off Bond Street. Famed for king crab & fantastic steaks served in a majestic, candlelit Viking-style hall. You will devour 2 course Surf & Turf. 
You will be satiated!

Experience:
2 charismatic hosts: The unstoppable energy of Paul McFadyen –  hands down the most entertaining Cognac & Rum host we've ever seen. And of course Paul Flatts – expert in teasing you to discover flavour nuances you hadn’t noticed before in whisky. 

And don’t expect a cozy cruise through flavours. You will taste:

• Rum matured in Cognac casks.
• Whisky finished in the best Pedro Ximenez (PX) casks available.
• A 20^th anniversary edition rum also finished in PX casks. 

Two flavour profiles. Six drinks. Which is which?... You’ll be put to the test!
